Service as It Should Be

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers of handwoven pillows and wall hangings. OUR SHIPPING POLICY

How We Do It

We typically ship USPS Priority Mail within the USA and USPS Priority Mail Internationally to Canada.  All shipping is Free within the USA.  Ready made are shipped between 1 to 3 days of ordering.  Custom orders are shipped after created, typically 2 weeks.  USA Shipping is Free.  International Shipping Fees are determined at time of order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

Our goal is that every customer will be pleased with their artwork, however we understand that there may be a reason to return an item (damage in shipping, or weaving malfunction).  Please contact us via artbyweller@gmail.com with RETURN in subject line, explaining the reason for the request for a return.  An approval for return will be determined via email.  Returns are accepted within 15 days of date of delivery.    Items need to be in clean, and in good condition and not damaged from misuse.  Shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the purchaser.
